Here is a unique look at a Ricky Skaggs video. The reason I really enjoy this song is because it highlights the persistence of Jesus. Jesus didn’t come to lead the perfect and religious. Jesus came for the broken and helpless. He does not ask a person to clean up their lives first. He wants them as they are. Jesus doesn’t ask each of us to be perfect people; after all, He was the only perfect person in history. Jesus is persistent – He wants you just as you are.

Take a few minutes to think about that as you watch the video.
